The Restore approach

Pelvic health affects millions of people. Most are never asked about it.

Restore PT was created to give you a private place to be heard, understood, and cared for by a specialist. Not a general clinic that treats everything — a practice built entirely around this one part of your health.

No rushing. No judgment. No explaining yourself twice. Just unhurried, one-on-one care with someone who does this all day, every day.

01

03

A personalized plan to rebuild comfort, strength, and confidence.

Care for every stage

Wherever you are in your life, there's a path forward.

Pregnancy

Carry, move, and prepare your body for birth.

Prenatal pelvic, hip, and back pain; preparing the body for labor; staying active and comfortable through every trimester.

Your first visit

There's nothing to be nervous about. Here's exactly what happens.

Knowing what to expect is most of the battle. This is a calm, unhurried hour that moves entirely at your pace.

  1. Step 1

    We talk first.

A private, relaxed conversation about your symptoms, history, and goals. No rush, and no detail is too small or too awkward to mention.

  2. Step 2

    A gentle assessment.

Posture, breathing, movement, and core function. Any internal assessment is fully explained beforehand, always optional, and only ever done with your consent.

  3. Step 3

    You understand your body.

A clear explanation of what's going on and why — in plain language, without jargon. Most people leave this conversation feeling relief.

  4. Step 4

    Your personal plan.

Hands-on treatment, guided exercises, and simple at-home strategies you can actually fit into your real life.

You're always in control.

You can ask questions, pause, or decline anything at any time. That's not a courtesy here — it's how we work.

Jaiden Todd, PT, DPT

Founder, Restore Physical Therapy

Jaiden is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who built Restore PT around a single specialty: pelvic health. In a field where patients are often passed between providers or told their symptoms are "just part of life," she wanted a practice where every hour is spent on this — and nothing else.

Her approach is consent-first and education-first. You'll always know what's happening, why it matters, and what your options are before anything is decided together.

“No one should feel embarrassed to ask for help with something this common.”

Myth vs. fact

Four things people believe that simply aren't true.

Myth

Leaking after having a baby is normal forever.

Fact

It's common, and it's often very treatable.

Myth

Pelvic floor therapy is only for women.

Fact

Men benefit too, especially after prostate surgery.

Myth

It's just doing Kegels.

Fact

Care is individualized — sometimes the muscles need to relax, not tighten.

Myth

Pain with intimacy is something you have to accept.

Fact

Pelvic PT can help, and you deserve to be comfortable.

See all questions

It's physical therapy focused on the muscles, nerves, and connective tissue of the pelvic floor — the group of muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and, for women, the uterus. We assess how they move, coordinate, and rest, then build a plan to get them working properly again.
